Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Dodd & Co, Clint Mill, Cornmarket, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 7HW, on Friday 19 July 2002, at 11.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
