Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 14 Orchard Street, Bristol BS1 5EH, on Friday 5 July 2002, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor.
