Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that an Annual General Meeting of Members and a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson, Onslow Bridge Chambers, Bridge Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4RA, on 5 February 2002, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and of the winding-up. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his or her place.
