At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 76 Church Street, Lancaster LA1 1ET, on 20 December 2001, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that David Norman Kaye, of Stanton House, 41 Blackfriars Road, Salford, Manchester M3 7DB, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” J T Bargh, Chairman
