NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT (1925)
THE SHAMROCK (GREAT BRITAIN) LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the Scheme. Any former employee of Shamrock (Great Britain) Limited, who believes that he or she was a Member of the above Scheme and remains entitled to benefits but who has not been contacted by Shamrock (Great Britain) Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme or AFPS since 4 October 2001, is required to write to: The Trustees of the Shamrock (Great Britain) Limited, Pension and Life Assurance Scheme, c/o AFPS, 32-33 Watling Street, Canterbury, Kent CT1 2AN. Claimants should provide their full name, date of birth and details of when they worked for the Company named above. If any other person believes they have a claim against, or an interest in the Scheme they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of the publication of this advertisement. After the 2 months period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
