Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of Koroheke Limited will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on 30 November 2001, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report from the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
