Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of Brighton Clothing Company Limited, will be held at Smith & Williamson, The Meeting House, Little Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1YS, on Thursday 25 October 2001, at 10.00 am, and will be followed at 10.15 am by a Final Meeting of Creditors at the offices of Smith & Williamson, at The Meeting House, Little Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1YS, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, a proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at The Meeting House, Little Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1YS, not later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 24 October 2001.
