Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at Pattinsons, Kings Business Centre, 90-92 King Edward Road, Nuneaton CV11 4BB, on Wednesday 17 October 2001, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am, 10.30 am and 10.45 am, 11.00 am and 11.15 am, 11.30 am and 11.45 am, 12.00 noon and 12.15 pm, 12.30 pm and 12.45 pm, 2.00 pm and 2.15 pm, 2.30 pm and 2.45 pm, 3.00 pm and 3.15 pm respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The following Resolutions will be proposed, that the Liquidators report and final receipts and payments be approved, that the Liquidators fees and disbursements to closure be approved and that approval is given for the books and records of the Companies to be destroyed 12 months after the date of the Companies dissolution from the register. A person entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator at Pattinsons, Kings Business Centre, 90-92 King Edward Road, Nuneaton CV11 4BB, not later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 16 October 2001.
