THE TOWER HAMLETS (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (NO 4) TRAFFIC ORDER 2001

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under section 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 of the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The effect of the Orders will be to prohibit all vehicles, except for pedal cycles and fire appliances from proceeding in Cephas Avenue between the southern kerbline of Osier Street and a point 3 metres south of that kerbline. 3. A copy of the proposed Orders can be inspected by appointment at the offices of Customer Services, Southern Grove Lodge, Southern Grove, London E3 4PN, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. 4. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof, to the above address within the aforementioned period of 21 days.
