Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Somers Baker Prince Kurz at Premier House, 45 Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 4BA, on Friday 21 September 2001, at 11.00 am, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and all other matters to be determined under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
