Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Brown & Sharpe Group Limited and Lanz Farm Limited carrying on business of Gravel Extraction has been dissolved as from 25 April 2001. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by BNS Company (Property Holdings) Limited and Lanz Farm Limited who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership. 25 April 2001.
