Notice is hereby given that Duncan Roderick Morris, of The Till Morris Partnership, 32 Brook Street, Warwick CV34 4BL, was appointed Liquidator of the said Company, against which a winding-up Order was made on 26th March 2001. Any Creditor of the above-named Company, unless a claim in the prescribed form has already been made to the Official Receiver, must submit a claim to me in the form of a proof of debt (available from me on request) by 30th June 2001.
