Notice is hereby given that a Final Meeting of the Members of Meaujo (461) Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2 0PZ, on Thursday, 24th May 2001, at 1 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to atend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford OX2 0PZ, by not later than 12 noon on 23rd May 2001. R. Welsby, Liquidator 11th April 2001.
