Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, on Monday, 21st May 2001, at 10 a.m. for the purposes of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of and giving an explanation of it; and determining whether the Joint Liquidators shall have their release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. A. R. Stanway and J. P.
