At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Rhinewood Inn and Hotel, Glazebrook Lane, Glazebrook, near Warrington, Cheshire WA3 5BB, on Monday, 26th February 2001, the subjoined Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable that the same should be wound up voluntarily, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Richard Ian Williamson, of Campbell Crossley and Davis, 83 London Road, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 5HQ, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up”.
