Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company are to be held at 6 Bloomsbury Square, London WC1A 2LP, on 17th April 2001, at 2.45 p.m. and 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the winding-up and hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. S.
