Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of Creditors of Crystalfair Limited will be held at 36-40 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3JB, on Monday, 12th March 2001, at 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account and the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Rushtons, 36-40 North Parade, Bradford BD1 3JB, no later than 12 noon on the day preceding the Meeting. L. R.
