Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Bartfield & Co, Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF, on Monday, 19th March 2001, at 10.15 a.m. precisely, for the purpose of receiving the accounts of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be furnished by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting of the Members is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him. G. M.
