Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Howard Martin Morris, Anthony Charles Sheil, Geoffrey Shaw, David Mervyn Porter, and Desmond Vernon Elliott Fitzgerald carrying on business as Solicitors under the firm name of Frodshams, has been dissolved as from 22nd December 2000. As from the date David Mervyn Porter and Desmond Vernon Elliot Fitzgerald will practice in the name of Porter Frodsham at 13-15 Atherton Street, Prescot, Merseyside L34 5QW, and Howard Martin Morris, Anthony Charles Sheil, and Geoffrey Shaw will practice as Frodshams at 19 Hardshaw Street, St. Helens, Merseyside WA10 1RB.
