Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Thoburn & Chapman, 14 Barrington Street, South Shields, Tyne & Wear NE33 1AJ, on Tuesday, 9th January 2001, at 11 a.m., to be followed at 11.30 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of directing the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company, and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. R. W.
