Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Poppleton & Appleby, 4 Charterhouse Square, London EC1M 6EN, on 29th December 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.15 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before the Members and Creditors showing the manner in which the Liquidation has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a Proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or a Creditor of the Company.
