At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Wilderspool House, Greenalls Avenue, Warrington WA4 6RH, on 7th September 2000, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that D. J. Power and C. C. S. MacMillan, of BDO Stoy Hayward Business Recovery, Third Floor, Peter House, St. Peter’s Square, Manchester M1 5AB, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and are to act jointly and severally.” A.
