(t/a B Clean Limited, Blendbest Limited, and Havenlodge Limited) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of Contributories and Creditors of the above-named Companies will be held at 84 Grosvenor Street, London W1X 9DF, on 5th October 2000, at 11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Companies has been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
