Notice is hereby given that the Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at The Norton Practice, 1 Wesley Gate, 70 Queens Road, Reading RG1 4AP, on 11th October 2000, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy, who need not be a Member of the Company, to attend and vote instead of him.
