At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Future House, South Place, Chesterfield S40 1SZ on 27 October 2011, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution, respectively:-

1. “That it has been resolved by special resolutions that the company be wound up voluntarily”

2. “That S Watts of The Insolvency Group (The Recovery Partnership Limited t/a), Future House, South Place, Chesterfield S40 1SZ be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”

At the subsequent meeting of the creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of S Watts as liquidator.
