NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the above Act, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr. and Mrs. R. Cooley, Wood Farm, Brandlingill, Mosser, near Cockermouth, Cumbria CA13 0RB, to discharge a maximum of 5 cubic metres per day of trade effluent from the proposed barn conversion at Wood Farm, Brandingill, Mosser, near Cockermouth, Cumbria, to Sandy Beck, a tributary of the River Cocker, at National Grid Reference NY 1175 2615. Any persons wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Pam Barnes, Authorisations Officer, Environment Agency, Customer Services Section, Ghyll Mount, Gillan Way, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 9BP, no later than 15th September 2000, quoting Ref.
