NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR ORDER FOR STOPPING UP HIGHWAY

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 116

Notice is given that application will be made to the Magistrates Court, Telford Square, Malinsgate, Telford on 15th August 2000 for an Order that a length of approximately 80 metres of the Road used as a Public Path on land adjoining Cemetery Road at Grange Farm, Dawley Bank in the administrative area of Telford and Wrekin Council which is indicated on a plan which may be inspected at Civic Offices, Telford on Mondays to Fridays between 9.30 a.m. and 4 p.m and which is represented by the part coloured pink shall be stopped up in the following manner that is to say by stopping up all rights of the public to use the said highway. The effect of such stopping up will be to remove the rights of the public to pass and repass over the said land. S.
