Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that General Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held at Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, on 31st July 2000, commencing at 11 a.m., and held at five minute intervals thereafter in the order shown above, to consider and if thought fit, to pass the following Resolutions, as an Ordinary Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Liquidator’s statement of account for the period of the liquidation be approved, and that the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator be disposed of as the Liquidator sees fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.” A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her.
