Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Allerton House, 75 Allerton Hill, Chapel Allerton, Leeds LS7 3QB, on Wednesday, 31st May 2000, at 1 p.m., for the purposes of considering and if deemed expedient passing as Special Resolutions the following, that is to say: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that this Company should be voluntarily wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that John Russell, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, Insolvency Practitioner duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” By Order of the Board.
