HIGHWAY LAND AT WELLESBOURNE HIGHWAY DEPOT, LOXLEY ROAD, WARWICKSHIRE
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he has made an Order under section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping-Up of Highways (County of Warwickshire) (No. 1) Order 2000”, authorising the stopping-up of highway land at Wellesbourne Highway Depot, Loxely Road, Warwickshire. The Order as made, will authorise the stopping-up only to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Warwickshire County Council on 19th November 1999 under Ref. S508/99CC017. Copies of this Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Government Office for the West Midlands, at the offices of the Director, Local Government Division, 77 Paradise Circus, Queensway, Birmingham B1 2DT, (quoting WMT/5077/35/1/33), and may be inspected at all reasonable hours. Any persons aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks of 25th May 2000, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
