At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Ivybush Royal Hotel, Spilman Street, Carmarthen, on 4th May 2000, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Company that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Elizabeth Mary Grove, of E Mary Grove & Co, White Lodge, 50 Ledbury Road, Hereford HR1 2SY, be and she is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
