NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales, by Dee Valley Water Plc, for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 1,100 cubic metres per day, of Trade Effluent, to River Clywedog, at National Grid Reference SJ 3585 4855, from Llwyn Onn Water Treatment Works, Cefn Road, Abenbury, Wrexham LL13 9TT. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 24th May 2000, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/ PF/CM0066701. A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency, Chester Road, Buckley, Flintshire LL18 5UE. A.
