At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Wilson Pitts, Devonshire House, 38 York Place, Leeds LS1 2ED, on 20th March 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that D.
