Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, cancelled the registrations of: Lysander Housing Association Limited (Registered No. 24844R) Peveril Bank Housing Association Limited (Registered No. 24910R) Irlam Housing Association Limited (Registered No. 25393R) Toft Vale Housing Association Limited (Registered No. 25582R) Westbury Park Housing Association Limited (Registered No. 25582R) Dacer Housing Association (Registered No. 25757R) Tameton Homesmiths Limited (Registered No. 26458R) Eaton Homesmiths Limited (Registered No. 26626R) Cotgrove Homesmiths Limited (Registered No. 26635R) Grovewood Homesmiths Limited (Registered No. 26650R) the registered office of which are at Magna House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire CV9 1DF. on the grounds that the Societies have ceased to exist. The Societies cease to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Societies, which may be enforced against them as if such cancellation had not taken place.
