Notice is hereby given that Annual and Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Caulfield Cavells, Barley House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, on 14th May 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanaton that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Caulfield Cavells, Barley House, Oakfield Grove, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2BN, by no later than 12 noon on 13th May 2000. V. L.
