At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened and held at 46 Vimy Road, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire LU7 7EQ, on Monday, 14th February 2000, at 2 p.m., the following Resolutions were passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jacqueline Susan Barber, Chartered Accountant, of Blenheim House, 6 Union Place, Truro, Cornwall TR1 1EP, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.” G.
