Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of Principality Concrete Company Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, 11-13 Penhill Road, Cardiff CF11 9UP, on 16th March 2000, at 10.30 a.m. to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place.
