A Building certified for worship named MATTERSEY HALL CHAPEL, first floor of Chapel/Classroom Block, Mattersey Hall, Retford Road, Mattersey in the registration district of East Retford in the non-Metropolitian county of Nottinghamshire was on 26th January 2000 registered for solemnising marriages therein pursuant to section 41 of the Marriage Act 1949 as amended by section 1 (1) of the Marriage Acts Amendment Act 1958 in lieu of a building of the same name and address now disused and the registration cancelled thereof.
