A Meeting of Members of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving an account of the acts and dealings of the Liquidator and of the conduct of the winding-up under section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and determining whether the Liquidator shall have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
