Service of Petition

In the Brighton County Court.  No. 101 of 1999 In the Matter of RUBYPOINT LIMITEDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 Take notice that a Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Flat 4, 10 Bedford Row, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 3DR, presented on 11th October 1999 by Graham Elms, of Flat C, 47 Westhill Street, Brighton, East Sussex, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Brighton County Court, William Street, Brighton, East Sussex, on 23rd February 2000, at 10 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 22nd February 2000. And further take notice that by an Order dated 20th January 2000, the Court ordered the publication by advertisement not later than 25th January 2000 in this form of the Petition and of the Order once in The London Gazette and once in the Evening Argus be deemed good and sufficient service of the Petition upon the said Rubypoint Limited.
