At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 35 Craistone Way, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex, on 11th January 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that R. L. H. Knight, of The White Cottage, 19 West Street, Epsom, Surrey KT18 7BS, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up, and the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide among the Members in specie all or any of the assets of the Company.” D.
