Resolutions for Winding-up
WAC WASTE MANAGEMENT LTD
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Cinque Ports Hotel, Summerfields, Bohemia Road, Hastings, East Sussex TN34 1EJ, on 23rd December 1999, the subjoined Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.” At the Meeting of Creditors held immediately following the Extraordinary General Meeting, Paul Anthony Saxton, of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN and William John Kelly, of Buchler Phillips Limited, Aspect Court, 4 Temple Row, Birmingham B2 5HG, were duly appointed joint Liquidators by the Creditors.
