NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency Wales by Shanks (Waste Services) Ltd for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 5,616 cubic metres of Trade Effluent to the River Dee at National Grid Reference SJ 2910 4150 from Pen-y-bont Landfill Site, Newbridge, Nr Chirk, Wrexham LL14 5AR.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency Wales, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0LT, not later than 14th January 2000, quoting Ref. EP/WQ/RC&C/ PF/CM0094101/CG0385601.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Environment Agency Wales, Ffordd Penlan, Parc Menai, Bangor, Gwynedd LL57 2EF.
