Notice is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Paul Naylor, Alan Wintersgill, Vaughan Martyn Houldsworth and Hugh David Foster carrying on buisness as Chartered Accountants under the style or firm name of Naylor Wintersgill, has been dissolved as from 2nd November 1999, so far as concerns Hugh David Foster, who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Paul Naylor, Alan Wintersgill and Vaughan Martyn Houldsworth, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm name of Naylor Wintersgill.
