Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Somers Baker Prince Kurz, at 45 Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex HA0 4BA, on Friday, 17th December 1999, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator should be disposed of. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting of Members is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 45 Ealing Road, Wembley HA0 4BA, not later than 12 noon, on the day before the Meeting. B. W.
