Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the Company will be held at Lee & Company, Crown House, Armley Road, Leeds LS12 2EJ, on Thursday, 25th November 1999, at 2.30 p.m. and 2.45 p.m. respectively, for the following purposes of having laid before it an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear of any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to conduct such other business as may lawfully be conducted at the Meeting.
