Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company, will be held at the offices of Hodkin and Company, Elsworth House, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2SW, on 23rd November 1999, at 2 p.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. A Creditor entitled to vote at the Meeting and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her stead. Such a proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company. J. R. Hodkin, Liquidator 18th October 1998.
