Annual Liquidation Meetings

AMECH ENGINEERING (UK) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of Members of Amech Engineering (UK) Limited will be held at Tower House, Fishergate, York YO10 4UA, on 25th October 1999, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year, and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Tower House, Fishergate, York YO10 4AU, no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings. J. N.
