At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly covened, and held at 30 Partridge Drive, Orpington, Kent BR6 8PE, on 24th September 1999, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and Geoffrey Stuart Kinlan and Anthony J.
