Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 1st October 1999 Leeway & Co., transferred to Lucent Technologies Inc, Master Pension Trust 61.2857% of its interest held by Leeway & Co., in ECI 5, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP4581 (“the Partnership”), and that Lucent Technologies Inc, Master Pension Trust thereupon became a limited partner in the Partnership.
